This year IKS (The International Intelligent Knowledge Systems Society) has undertaken a challenge to host International Conference on Informatics ICI-2004.ICI-2004 is the comprehensive technical conference focused on Software Engineering and Software Technologies, Advanced Information Technologies, Internet and Multimedia, Simulation & Control and Modelling, Computer Networks, Information Security and Telecommunication, Computers and Advanced Technologies in Education, Intelligent Systems and its applications.

. Accepted papers are are the ones most suited the purpose of the conference. We observe that almost all the papers are on the usage of the knowledge and the computers.We are hoping that this conference will open the door to the followings on these important fields of knowledge and computers.We wish that this conference fulfills the expectations of many .
